Description of Service
BookOrWaitlist is an online platform that enables event organizers to create event pages, capture email registrations, manage waitlists, and export subscriber data. The service is accessible via web browser at bookorwaitlist.com.
User Accounts
To use certain features, you must create an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
Plans & Pricing
BookOrWaitlist offers a Free plan and a Pro plan. The Free plan includes 1 published event with email capture and CSV export. The Pro plan ($19/month) includes unlimited events, custom branding, analytics, custom domain, and team collaborators. Prices may change with 30 days' notice.
Your Content
You retain ownership of all content you upload or create on BookOrWaitlist (event descriptions, images, subscriber data). We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your content. You grant us a limited license to host and display your content as part of the service.
Intellectual Property
The BookOrWaitlist name, logo, and platform design are the property of Keilo Studio Ltd. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our platform without prior written consent.
Limitation of Liability
BookOrWaitlist is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Termination
You may delete your account at any time from the dashboard settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
